Dr. Ghada Aldrees holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Consumer Behavior. She has more than 19 years of professional experience in Customer Experience, Marketing, Research, and Customer service. She is an expert on Customer, Visitor Experience, Customer Measurement, and insight specializing in qualitative and quantitative research. She published more than 100 articles on marketing and consumer behavior. Dr. Ghada also served a number of governmental and private sectors.

In terms of academic aspect, she has worked as an adjunct professor at PNU, DCU Business School and taught many Marketing courses including, but not limited to: The principle of Marketing, International Marketing, Business Plan, and Principle of Sales Management. Her research interests are in customer experience, authenticity, luxury goods, COO, and acculturation.
