Amélie Brechoire is an experienced Loyalty expert leader in the Travel, Hospitality and Leisure Industries.

She joined Accor, the international augmented hospitality group, in 2015, in the central loyalty team at the headquarter in Paris. She evolves in different roles across France and Africa and is now based in Dubai where she holds the position of Director of Loyalty for India, Middle East, Africa and Turkey.

Driven by guest passion, she ensures the delivery of a personalized customer experience in more than 400 hotels. She successfully rolled out the new loyalty programme ALL – Accor Live Limitless in the region and optimizes financial performance of the programme through targeted acquisition, activation and retention campaigns.

Amélie began her career at Air France – KLM Cargo West Africa in Marketing. She worked for Blue Green, a French company managing over 50 golf courses from 2009 to 2015, under different roles including Marketing and Communication Manager. Golf is her other passion.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing and Distribution from NEOMA Business School in Rouen, France
